the wellness center closing at 7:30 was just outrageous, it's not like a spa is meant for relaxation or anything. also, the food at the SportHütta was terribly bland, no one wants a boring meal after a day of exploring, right? and can someone explain why I didn't get a complimentary upgrade for enduring this mess?

Wellness center closing at 7:30 PM feels too early!!! Increased parking costs are frustrating!!! Limited amenities for children lead to boredom!!! Uncomfortable stool seating in the Sports Bar detracts from enjoyment!!!

Positive, The breakfast spread was excellent with many delicious options. Our room was spacious and had a great mountain view. The Wellness center was a perfect way to unwind after hiking. The restaurant service was great, and we loved the fantastic dinner experience.

The location in Pontresina is fantastic, just a short walk to train and bus stops. Spacious room with amazing mountain views made mornings feel special. The breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a large assortment of delicious options. Enjoyed the rooftop spa after a day of hiking. it's a perfect retreat. Friendly staff at the restaurant provided exceptional service. However, I found the hours for the wellness center to be quite limiting, closing earlier than expected at 7:30 PM. Also, the mattress left me with back discomfort after a few nights.

A Hidden Gem for Outdoor Lovers

Our family had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the spacious rooms and breathtaking mountain views. The Wellness Centre was a perfect retreat after a day of hiking, offering free access that was much appreciated. The half pension option provided us with delightful dinners that showcased local flavors, while the breakfast spread was simply outstanding. The restaurant SportStübli had some incredible meals, although the SportHütta didn’t quite meet our expectations. A small downside was the limited service at times, particularly in the restaurant area.

We loved our hiking adventure in the stunning alpine landscape, with amazing views all around. The kids enjoyed the spacious room, generously stocked with amenities, and our service dog was welcomed with open arms. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of tasty options.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be more amenities for kids.

I stayed for 4 nights recently, and I loved the cozy wellness center after a day in the mountains. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! However, the bed was too soft for my liking, giving me a stiff back.
